effect, the submitted dollar figures are a scarcity rating. Put together in this
manner, it is my belief that they are somewhat easier to follow. Reasons for the
figures have been explained. The only arbitrary figure is the one given the
Pointed Seven even though it is based on what I think reasonable supposition.
